  • How do I book a ride?
    Book online, or text/WhatsApp +353 87 957 8617 with your pickup, destination and preferred time. Registration is not required for SMS or WhatsApp bookings. The web/app booking flow may ask for phone verification so we can confirm your ride. Your booking is confirmed only after you receive confirmation from RIDNETAXI.
  • Where do you operate?
    RIDNETAXI serves Letterkenny, Raphoe and County Donegal, and now serves Galway. Availability depends on licensed drivers being online and able to accept the booking. Long-distance and airport transfers can be pre-booked across Ireland.
  • Can I book in advance?
    Book online, or text/WhatsApp +353 87 957 8617 with your pickup, destination and preferred time. Registration is not required for SMS or WhatsApp bookings.   • What if my flight is delayed?
    No problem — keep us posted by text. Our drivers track delays for booked airport runs, and we will adjust the pickup time so you are not left waiting (or charged for an empty wait).
  • How do I pay?
    You can pay by card or cash where available. A fare estimate or quote is shown or confirmed before booking. Taxi fares are calculated according to applicable Irish SPSV fare rules; fixed quotes may be available for pre-booked transfers.
  • Do you accept immediate rides?
    Immediate rides depend on driver availability. Please book in advance when possible; direct text or WhatsApp support is fastest during business hours.
  • How do I leave feedback or make a complaint?
    We want to hear it — good or bad. Email us at hello@ridnetaxi.ie with the subject "Feedback" or "Complaint", and tell us the date, route and what happened. We check this inbox regularly and aim to reply within a few days. Your feedback is how we keep drivers to a high standard.
